Valles stone.
The peculiarity of this project is the use of a single mixture of technical grits of the GHR series to obtain a TRANSPARENT MATT grit that maintains the definition, melting at the same time. Some areas have been highlighted by GLOSSY applied with LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue. The final effect is some defined transparent matt areas and others with an almost crystallization effect due to the fusion of glossy with glue and grit. To accentuate the stone effect and make it as natural as possible, an airless coating of anti-reflective SSM154 glaze has been applied.
Grainy stone with contrasting floral graphics made with a mixture of technical grits from the GHR series and WHITE MATT grits from the GRA series; the final result is a semi opalescent matt grit.
This mixture, due to its matt effect, has been applied on LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE digital glue to delimit and highlight some portions of the graphics. The final result is a surface reinforced by the covering of MATT SSM97 glaze that interacts with the GLOSSY in the uncovered points.
Slate stone, made with a mixture of transparent technical grits of the GHR series with interlocking graphics in many portions, to create relief effects alternating with areas where the anti-reflective matt glaze SSM154 creates a glossy/matt game with GLOSSY.
The desired effect of the grit is a glass that is not completely flat, but slightly rigid and soft to the touch which contrasts with the flat surface of the glaze applied by airless.
Remake of Cardoso stone with the application of a new mixture of technical grits from the GHR series with a transparent and sugary appearance.
The precious effect is obtained thanks to the LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue combined with grainy graphic and with grit application. The same sugary effect can also be found in the portions uncovered by the grit, using the GLOSSY combined with the matt SSM154 glaze and the addition of microgrits from GHR series.
Materic project with a natural effect created with the new digital ink STRUCTURE MATT SCD971E in combination with the glaze PP232/1.
The soft finishing of the project was enriched with the application of GLOSSY SCD905LE ink and hi-resistance GHR10.49 grit applied on LOW EMISSION SCD1990 digital glue centered on the graphics.
The final surface is rich in details and very pleasant to the touch.
This project is made to show the technical features of the new series of no reflex antislip glazes, GLR.
The GLR series allows you to calibrate the surface texture according to the required value (from R9 to R13) (A + B + C) ensuring smooth texture, total cleanability and perfect color development.
Sicer offers a range of 3 series of customizable glazes.
In this project were applied GLR12 and GLR20 glazes.
A variegated texture that alternates crystallized areas, characterized by visible inclusions, with more homogeneous areas in which light veins delicately draw the surface.
The purple color, with shades ranging from wisteria to the most intense plum, was obtained thanks to the exclusive Absolute Red SCD088E ink.
The polished finishing enhances the elegant color play and the three-dimensionality of the texture, thanks to an extremely shiny and compact glass obtained with the grits of the GRA series.
Precious stone with a unique elegance.
The name comes from the Greek “Achates”, the original name of the Sicilian river Dirillo where in ancient times many stones were found.
The depth of its graphics and the intensity of its colors, with different shades of blue, have been obtained thanks to the use of the exclusive SKY BLUE SCD602E ink.
Only thanks to this ink is it possible to obtain such real shades of blue on ceramic.
The polished finishing was obtained by wet application of the new series of grits GRA LUX.
A “Total Black” surface with a glossy finish, a rare and precious “black diamond” on which it is possible to mirror yourself!
The beauty and uniqueness of this project are not given by the graphics, totally absent, but by the depth and flatness of the glass and by the saturation of the black color.
The perfectly transparent and compact glass was made with the new range of BLACK DRY LUX grits for mirror lapping specifically designed for application on very dark colors.
This beautiful “Black Diamond” slab is the perfect example.
A stars nebula in the Space.
The project was carried out with a mix of technical grits of the GSM series, in particle size .29, mixed with a special glaze SSM69 that favors the metallization of the GSM grits.
Norwegian river rock.
The project was realized with coloured technical grits, series GRX, in combination with metallic grit GSM300 coloured direct in the body.
The grits were applied with digital glue SCD1990LE. The finishing was obtained with Digital Glossy glaze SCD905E and matt glaze.
Multicolor quartzite designed by mixing pieces worked with three different mix of grits.
The first is a mixture of grits from the GHR and GRA series to obtain a transparent matt mix.
The second is a mix between a transparent soft GRA grit and a covering matt white GRA grit.
The third is a mixture of MATT soft transparent grit with MATT LUSTER of the GRS series.
The project was carried out using the power of the LOW EMISSION SCD1990LE glue to create important portions in relief interlocking with the graphics, thus highlighting the transparency of the grit.
The surface of the grits is intentionally soft to simulate a worn effect and contrasts with the final covering made by MATT SSM61 glaze with the addition of microgrits from the GHR series.
120x240cm slab made with Sacmi DHD system synchronized with DDG technology.
The process begins with the compression of a soft body of 22mm digitally printed with Sicer four-color system and the new matt ink SCD910E.
We then proceed with a first dry application of white soft matt grit GRA 1000.49 on low emission digital glue SCD1990LE.
The second dry application is made with the grit GRA2133.49 on digital glue applied on the graphic point interested to finalize the design.
The process ends with the firing of the slab at 1205 ° for about 120 minutes.
Decorated slab with a “resin effect”, made with the Sacmi Continua DHD system and DDG technology.
The process begins with the compression of a soft body of 22mm digitally printed with Sicer four-color system and SCD910E matt ink.
The realization of the thick effect that emphasizes some details of the graphics was obtained through a first dry application of matt white grit GRA 1001.49 on low emission digital glue SCD1990LE.
In a second step, a GHR09.49 anti-reflective matt grit was then applied on SCD1990LE digital glue.
Majolica project in which “ceramic material” is the protagonist; tradition reinterpreted in a modern key.
The first effect is achieved with an application of transparent soft matt grit from the GHR series on LOW EMISSION GLUE with a final covering of matt waxy SSM123 glaze. The union of this two materials creates an extremely soft and pleasant to the touch silky matt surface.
The second effect is always made on a base of SCD1990LE glue with a dry application of a new very bright and transparent grit from the GRA series. The final covering is made by a transparent glossy SSM44 glaze that creates a shiny glass effect.
Project realized with a Sacmi DDG machine that allows the dry application of 2 different materials on digital glue.
The design is created on SSM171 glaze, applying, on LOW EMISSION SCD1990 digital glue, two different mixes of grits from the new HP series, FULL COLORED GLASS CALIBRATED GRITS.
The first mix, highlights the dark textures by exploiting the more intense colors of the new HP series to obtain a colorful and very mottled effect. The mix was made with HP full colored glass grits, GHR Hi-resistance grits and GRC mass colored grits.
The second mix, obtained with the HP, GHR, GRA (neutral grits) and GRS (special grits) series, is more neutral and transparent and highlights the light textures that create contrast, but balance with the darker ones.
The “Material” Festival.
A mix of color, grits and different digital effects.
A small size in which geometric graphics are mixed.
Surfaces, realized with the application of inks, grits, glazes and effects, come together in an original project of great scenic effect.
